Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Opsacea digital products.

Nature of the products sold

Opsacea sells exclusively digital products (ebooks, toolkits, templates, prompts, workflows, downloadable bundles). These products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

30-day money-back guarantee

Opsacea offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital product sold on https://opsacea.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This guarantee applies even though access to the digital content begins immediately after payment: the 30-day window is granted on top of your statutory consumer rights, not in replacement of them.

How to request a refund

Our orders are handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Email our support team at support@opsacea.com with your order number and the email used at purchase. We acknowledge receipt within a few business days and forward the request to Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method, generally within 5 to 10 business days.

Beyond the guarantee window

After the 30-day window, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, in particular for: duplicate payments or obvious billing errors; persistent technical issues durably preventing access to the product after a resolution attempt by our support team; corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be replaced; substantial non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description.

Custom services

Implementation or consulting engagements (Done-For-You, consulting) are governed by a specific quote or contract and are not covered by the standard 30-day money-back guarantee once work has started, unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable contractual document.
